Appointments impossible, staff apathetic and GPs refuse investigative diagnostics. Pretty much everything you don't want in a GP surgery. Feel desperately sorry for those without transport access to an alternative.

I have always had excellent service at this surgery as did my parents before me. The receptionists are friendly and efficient and the doctors too. The new system for booking appointments is much better than the old one: instead of hanging onto the phone you can have a ring back when it is your turn.They are coping with new systems. Some people don't like the telephone discussions, but I don't think the surgery has any choice about this: it is common to most surgeries now. The doctors listen with care and respond in terms which the patient can understand. As I say....5 stars.

Lived in Framlingham all my life and our surgery has always been fantastic. Not so now, gone downhill big time. No care whatsoever and you can't see anyone or get any sense out of anyone on the phone. Feel sorry for the poor receptionists who are left to deal with all the disgruntled patients.

This system does not work. I trued to book online but according to my symptoms I was told to call the surgery immediately. They apparently are too busy to answer calls. So how do I actually make an appointment? Also I wouldn't be in this condition if theyd actually bothered with a physical consultation teo months ago when the symptoms began. Zero out of ten. Very frustrating
