What a fantastic team! Each and every time I have visited them I have been greeted with a smile. Nothing is ever a problem for them and they will bend over backwards to accommodate appointments whenever I needed them going far and beyond what could be expected as normal. Hazel has made a fantastic job with my really messy mouth transforming it into a beautiful mouth in a record time! The Framlingham team knows how to put a smile on your face in more than one way I cannot recommend them high enough

This practice is badly let down by the receptions' response to telephone calls. Impossible to get anyone to answer the 'phone, always have to leave a message and it takes forever, if you're lucky, to get back to you.

Three attempts for our daughter to have an x- ray at the dentist request. Three appointments made and all three cancelled. The last cancellation was 10 minutes before the appointment, after a 20 minute / 16 mile drive. They really need to offer customer service as part of the dentist practice experience.
