Wow what can I say! Mark has just saved my day, I took my car in at off chance after scraping my wheels, I am so happy he was able to take the time to paint the damaged wheels straight away. Such friendly service and would highly recommend! Wheels look fantastic! Hubby will never know!!!!!

Just had a consultation with Mark about options on repainting my classic Mercedes. Have to say he was super helpful, told me various options i have, giving great advice in going forward. Having seen the quality of his work i will definitely be using him to paint the car. Certainly wasnt pushing me to get work done that doesnt need doing which is very refreshing having dealt with some other companies in the past. Looking forward to getting the car booked in as soon as i can.

From start to finish, Willoughby's were professional, efficient and passionate about doing the job to the highest standards. Mark is very knowledgable and always knew when to consult me on decisions. He pays such close attention to detail and is a perfectionist. He explained everything clearly, worked to keep costs low without sacrificing quality, advised me on parts, kept me updated on his progress, and most importantly did an amazing job on my car. I was nervous about getting it done but he cared for my Golf as if it was his own and totally transformed it. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
