the worst recruitment agency i h ave ever worked for. i have been with them for one week. the company i work for is fantastic. the agency failed to provide ppe as requested for the other trainees ( i have my own )so we couldn't do full training. the ""as much overtime" isn't t available. all 3 of us starting have different shifts than agreed. i have just had a phone call (waking me up as i do nights) to tell me if i don't send them proof of NI number i might not be paid on friday. today is tuesday. i have taken my proof in twice to be copied!!! so what do they do for their money??? 1 star as you can't leave zero

I can 100% confirm the review directly below mine by Loz Cadman because I am the other woman she mentions who she shared a waiting room with. I was also messed around completely and we had the exact same experience. I applied for an Administrator role for Florette with Encore acting as the recruitment agent and got a call 6 days later to confirm an interview. I was told the hours would be 6am-4pm, which I thought was strange for admin but I went along with it. I got an email confirmation from Aleks Malczewska with no subject title which did not confirm the name of the job role, but did give me an address for Florette. All it says is "Encore Personnel interview 02.08.2018 @12pm" with no mention of a job role. It also said "Bring: Passport/ EU ID Card/ British Birth Cert, Proof of National Insurance number, Bank details" which seemed weird to me. I did all of my research on Florette and turned up there today for 12pm. It turned out that the interview was not with Florette but with Encore (in the middle of a cafeteria!), the role was not for Administrator but was for a Co-Ordinator. Her opening line was "this job is extremely stressful." She asked me what I knew about the company, and I began talking about Florette, and she said "no, I mean what do you know about Encore?" That's when I was really confused. I was told I would have to drive between two factory sites and not get compensated for petrol, I would be dealing with 80% Romanian speakers (I can't speak Romanian), the role involved training people, and during busy periods could be up to 18 hour long shifts (is that legal?) I actually cut the woman off and left the interview because it was not what I applied for at all. I completely wasted my time today and feel really disgusted. Also the interviewer did not know either of the interviewees names, did not have our CVs, and said to me "what role did you apply for? Oh well that's not what we're here for." 100% waste of time. I shared a ride with my mum today so her time was completely wasted also, so that's 3 people's time wasted.
