We've had two cars damaged by a drive they poorly finished and 6 months after moving in they're still letting themselves into our property without permission and breaking things.
If you do buy a house here, make sure to install CCTV to monitor what they're doing when you're not around and be sure to hammer them with formal complaints about every defect from day one as their site team will not keep records of any work they do.
