        Failed miserably to protect people from negligent landfill operators. Condemned a town to misery with its disgraceful failures to do anything of use at an illegally run landfill site In Staffordshire. I hope the people who work here suffer like the residents of Newcastle do daily. Disgraceful.

        Disgusting government agency! Allowing the residents including myself be gassed off by Whalleys Quarry. The emergency number is a load of toss the people who answer just give a reference number but no proper action.
