        Tonight at 10 pm we had an engineer who apologised for being so late but he had been working all over the place since 8 am and still managed to call on us and he lives inBloxwich. Want to thank his polite and considerate manner. He looked at our problem as we had no hot water since repairs were carried out in our street. He agreed that we needed a plumber and took all our details and will get plumber to contact us to carry out repairs tomorrow. His name is Dave Snow and he is a credit to your Company.
