If I could give no stars I would. I paid for my daughters 4th birthday party 3 months ago, I then get a call 2 weeks before her party to say theyre closing down and cant host her party. Whilst Im understanding of this, trying to get a refund is a joke, they dont answer the phone. Honestly, the most unprofessional establishment ever.

Not open when web site says. Play area dirty from day before, very quiet but food took ages way over half hour and only tepid when it came.
