        It's a nice location but a poor customer experience. I was served from behind layers of plastic by a friendly enough assistant, while rain dripped down on me from an ill-fitting canopy. Was given a numbered ticket and called, over a surprisingly loud tannoy, to collect it 5 mins later. All I asked for was a cup of tea and a toasted teacake. The tea was unpleasant, served in a paper cup, and the teacake was squashed to be a near-pancake. Not great. Won't be rushing back.
