Found Site Snagging Inspections online, called Ged who was very helpful explaining the process. Ged carried out a thorough check on the new build picking up items which we hadn't noticed until he pointed them out. Report was concise and easy to read which we passed onto the builders along with our additional items. Glad to say that all the key items (and some others) have been fixed! Highly recommend

Ged was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional. The report received was very clear and easy to understand fully documented throughout with pictures highlighting any issues. I would have no issues in recommending Ged to family or friends who are in need of a snagging report.

Absolutely worth every penny! Ged has so much experience and truly showed with the amount of snags he discovered in our new build. Very patient and fair, he was in for over six hours working thoroughly through the house and not leaving a stone unturned. The report is well written and very detailed with photos and descriptions for every finding and arrived the day after his visit despite him finishing around 7pm! Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs quality check on a house.
