        My First time buying online with this Auction House. I Purchased a single mixed lot of Silver.. As in their T&Cs I requested an in-house P&P postage price to be added to my invoice for the small parcel to be sent from them to me in the UK.. Although I was fairly Shocked by the 30 charge for P&P.. Especially as parcels such as this cost under 9 to post.. I Paid this charge & awaited the dispatch of my small parcel.. expecting excellent service for the other 21.. Also taking note of the worst case scenario of a 10 day max dispatch in their T&Cs.. I was still chasing the dispatch of my parcel 20 Days after payment.... Had to make many emails & calls to try & find out what was happening.. Often without much information given back.. Finally after 23 days my parcel arrived.. For the price paid.. .Really poor after sales service..
