Throughout every step of my journey, from intense pain, to low moods, to hard times, to good times, to my progressing onto step two of my recovery, they've supported me the entire way.
They (especially Neil) truly do care about you. He's not just been my support for physical recovery, but for the mental recovery that long, sustained periods of pain can spiral you down into.

I promise you, it's worth it.
I won't go into how my NHS journey has been; I'll just say that without Neil & Co, I have no idea where I would be right now.
