Just useless there, gave someone the wrong prescription

Should not be even 1 star. I would say 0 stars for them because I went to pick up prescription for my mum and Ive been to this pharmacy twice in 2 days. This female staff member is very rude and lacks any customer service skills . Its like she has no interest in the job whatsoever and cannot be bothered to do her job properly. I honestly think she shouldnt be working there. Also i notice the member of staff in the back of the store does not communicate properly at all. The number of people in the queue waiting is getting ridiculous. I would never come back to this shop ever again!!

Service here has improved a lot recently, there seem to be more staff and I have got my prescriptions promptly without the long waits I have previously encountered.

Ive been to this pharmacy twice in past few days and before that I hadnt been for a long time so I noticed a new female staff member who is I think is very rude and lacks any customer service skills . Its like she has no interest in the job whatsoever and every thing seems to be a chore for her to do . I think maybe some lessons in customer service wouldnt go amiss tbh .
