Catherine and the FlyPets team were great. Professional, helpful and caring. They supported and assisted us during the relocation of or beloved dog from UK to Cape Town, South Africa. Obi is 15 years old chocolate lab, so I was very anxious about his journey. Catherine at the FlyPets team has taken a lot of stress off my shoulders by ensuring everything goes smoothly. She kept me well informed and given me very accurate and timely information on what and when to do. What will they take care of and what happens next. He arrived healthy and happy. The partner company in Cape Town were also amazing. Handled his import papers and arrival at CT airport. They looked after Obi until we were reunited. Obi is now enjoying his retirement in the sunny Cape Town and loves his walks on the beach. I highly recommend FlyPets and would use them again without hesitation.

Catherine and the team were so kind and helpful. It was a great relief to know that my cat Molly was well looked after during her trip from the UK to NZ. Highly recommend, I feel the team at FlyPets love pets and genuinely care about their welfare. You and your pet will be in good hands.

Working with Charlotte and the FlyPets team was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We moved our cat from the US to the UK, and their expertise made the entire journey seamless. The care they show the pets and owners alike truly eases the nerves around what could be a stressful experience!

I felt the need to write this review after my experience with Catherine Allaway of FlyPets. Upon contacting a few similar companies, I had responses from two. Catherine (FlyPets) was one of them. The other company showed little interest and the first thing I saw in their email was the quote, they did not even respond to my questions. However, Catherine was incredibly helpful and gave me all the help and confidence I needed to export my cats to Turkey. Initially, to obtain the information I needed, I contacted my local vets (3no of them), and I contacted the airlines for the relevant information, they were useless. Catherines vast knowledge was superb, much more than the vets and airlines combined. Although she knew from the start that I wouldnt need their business (as I was going to do the exporting myself) she continued to help me immensely. The help I got from Catherine is incredible. She is very helpful, patient, friendly, approachable, very professional and very knowledgeable. What else would you want!? I cannot recommend FlyPets enough.
