    This lady is amazing and passionate about helping you along your fitness journey. I have been training with Lidia for a few months now which has helped my anxiety and fitness levels. My gym has been closed since lockdown and exercising at home has become the new norm. Lidia focuses on all aspect of your life and helps you set and achieve goals through coaching sessions. Her mantra is "anything is possible" So if you are questioning whether to get back into exercising or just starting out. Just do it as tomorrow isn't promised

    I signed up for personal training sessions with Lidia hoping to increase my fitness levels. But I got a whole lot more. When I first signed up I was suffering from a year old injury, (I was unable to lift my arm above my head). Within 2 to 3 months my mobility had returned to 100% Lidia includes nutrition and life coaching in her packages and I wasnt sure if I needed these or even if they were for me. 10 months on and I feel fitter, stronger and am really enjoying working out again. Im Learning about nutrition, creating good habits and making great food choices for myself and my family. Im addicted to life coaching and I think I will always come back to this throughout my life. Im no longer overwhelmed and Lidia has helped me break down what I need to do in manageable actions I cant recommend Lidia enough. She is supportive encouraging and has become a great friend.
