Farthings Nursery

Farthings is an amazing Nursery and we have so much to thank the team lead by Hina Chandegra. Our son had a difficult start in life having to isolate through the majority of the pandemic. With no chance to develop any social skills, routine and general development during this period Farthings have transformed him within a space of an academic year. Our son is now thriving and there is never a day where he is not learning something new. The staff demonstrate so much love, attention and hard work in developing the children that they are all so happy and content. We would strongly recommend Farthings to anyone and with all the research we carried before sending our son there we made the perfect choice. John Ryan and Zoe Brown

Such a wonderful nursery. The staff are so friendly and engaged with the children. My son settled in really well, he has just come to the end of his 2 year journey at Farthings and has never once complained about going in or had any issues in his time spent there. Would highly recommend this Nursery.

Wonderful caring nursery, very experienced staff with a nurturing approach and a great variety of activities. Prepares children for school very well. There is something very special about Farthings!

Both my children attend farthings and I couldn't recommend the nursery enough. My son who is due to start school In September has had a wonderful experience and the teachers have had a huge impact on how my son has developed and grown with such confidence. They have a lovely setting for the children and the teachers really have a great understanding of each child and their different needs.

This is an excellent nursery and we would highly recommend them to any parent. The nursery is smaller than their local competitors and this is one of the key benefits. All the childrens key carers welcome the children and parents, offering a personal touch. They are all very nurturing and approachable, which is always a relief for any first time mum or nervous child. Farthings introduce the children to their first level of independence by teaching them to recognise their name and placing it on the registration tree - bringing in an item that starts with the letter of the week, teaching them their phonics. We are sad to be saying goodbye to all the staff at Farthings and wish them the best.
