Ive worked at rainbow for 7 years now and I couldnt imagine working anywhere else! I started when I was 16 as a student completing my level 3 which means that I worked in all the rooms and every room I went into had something different to offer, the staff are so welcoming and helpful with teaching me how to care for children! The management team are always available for support and guidance through training and in day to day nursery life. There is so much opportunity for progression I started as an inexperienced student and have now been a room leader for 5 years. The facilities are incredible and make you forget youre at work as theres so much to do and explore!

My son joined rainbow in June 21 at 8months old and we are so happy with the nursery. The staff are amazing and so friendly and helped settle our son in and have made the best relationships with him. The facilitys that rainbow provide are none like any other. The tours provide are a great source of information and really let you know what will be provided. But you really need to see rainbow in action just to understand how an amazing place it is. I highly recommend !!

My kid went here from 2021 (explorers room) to 2022 (voyagers room). This is an excellent nursery in terms of infrastructure, the best you can get for your money in about a 5 mile radius. I spoke to to owner; they are a fantastic couple and I spoke to the lady who showed me and my kid around the nursery for about an hour. I could see that she had a passion about providing best child care and at the same time was very proud about their business too (some people might look at them as business minded but I dont see anything wrong with that). We had a great experience with most of the staff and all of them were very polite, answered our questions whenever we posed one. They showed love, care and affection genuinely towards the kids, taught them so many useful stuff like numbers, alphabets and also many words to make sure that they are ready for school. Although, we did have a mediocre experience with a couple of staff. My kid used to complain about one particular staff who was a bit grumpy on many occasions compared to others. Even I ha e felt the same about that particular whenever she was there when I went to pickup my kid. They even had some severe staff shortages on quite a few occasions that they even sent us emails about no available extra sessions on request and went a step ahead asked for parents help to source/refer them nursery staff. The owner (Mark) used to send emails promptly about anything and everything that us happening at the nursery including kids getting sick due to various viruses, food bank donations, cake/desserts for sale for a good cause, etc. we actively participated in those. We used to get emails at some odd hours too and that shows the commitment Mark has on their nursery. My kid loved going there and he would miss going to the nursery on the weekends; it shows how much loved being there. The ground especially is humungous and they often took the kids outside giving them lot of free space to play and fresh air to breathe. If your child had been in complete brick and concrete nursery, you and your kid would definitely appreciate this nursery. Whenever I picked up my kid from the garden, we both used to go for a walk in their massive garden where he would be very excited to show me all the things around like the maze, wendy house, train, pirate ship, teletubby hill, etc, they even have a farm and some animals like ponies, rabbits, guinea pigs and made sure the kids often had some interaction with them kindling their curious brains and also reminding them to show empathy towards all beings and being appreciative of the farming culture. One time, I saw a trained hawk whose legs were tied to a pole and they built an enclosure around it. I am not sure what was the reason behind it but it was gone in about a month I believe (strange). One other feedback I have for them is about the rooms, they split the kids into different rooms randomly and one room definitely had better toys than the other and my kid used to always complain to me that he didnt have enough interesting toys in his room. Whenever there was an opportunity, he would volunteer first by raising his hand to swap with another kid to another room for a session. I think they could rotate these rooms weekly with the whole set of kids so that they dont get bored with the same set of toys. Definitely they have better options when compared to an average nursery where there would only be one room with the same set of toys all through the year. Overall, we had a great experience sending our kid to this nursery. And we also received a kit from the nursery which had a jumper, his diary with all his photos, review comments on his abilities, activities throughout, graduation photo! It definitely gave a very warm feeling about this nursery.

Please dont send your child here without a tour. Yes this is my opinion only and everyone is different but wow. From the outside this nursery ticks all the boxes. As soon as I went inside and the male owner started the tour I knew this nursery was not for my son. In my view like an institution lots of rules and very strict which is not for me. The owner was literally talking at the parents about tips to parent and really patronising. To me this nursery was soleless and I really didnt get a good vibe at all. I actually left after a hour and a half we hadnt even seen outside as the owner was just talking at us and making comments on parenting in his eyes. If you like military, strict style than this is for you. My son would absolutely hate this nursery sorry if I sound harsh but completely not for us. As I say please see this first as on paper looks great but inside a different story very regimented. Different strokes for different folks though but not for me.
