Keith is such a lovely person, he makes you feel so welcome and really listens to you and takes everything in, I suffer with health anxiety and he has been amazing with me and really understood me! He so kind and really caring. Keith has been the only person who has been able to help me get through this. Can not recommend him enough.

Keith has helped me with past trauma, regret and loss. I had previously tried counselling through the NHS but to no avail. Fortunately I found Keith through his website and I can honestly say that his approach with me was completely different. Keith allows you to take your time to really assimilate his counselling suggestions and to work with him closely through your healing journey. He compassionately understands that this may not be easy but he never gives up on you. He believes in your ability to heal and he is determined to get you there. Keith is an amazing person inside and out. He is very passionate about his work and I cannot thank him enough for helping me. I was struggling with Anxiety and sleep problems after having my daughter and he honestly turned my life around. I can now enjoy being a mum again. I would recommend Keith to anyone.

My husband recommended me to see Keith about my stress and anxiety. At first I was quite nervous for my first session but as soon as I went to visit him I felt very relaxed and calm and openly spoke about my problems. Towards the end of the session I left with a complete change of perspective of life and my anxious thoughts. So far I have had 3 session with him and Im so grateful for him because I feel so much stronger as a person and I learnt how to be more in control of my emotions and any negative feeling that arise.
