        Software is easy to use but limited features. Can't send combination keys when on a remote PC.

        Due to a technical issue with some original software which has a licence that expires in 2020 was unable to download on contacting Panda and receiving a response stating that a refund was being processed and would take ten to fifteen days that was in May so far three emails stating refund being processed now old software is blocking the computer's running software I would not recommend this company worst customer service that I have ever dealt with.
