Absolute scumbag company. Makes mistakes in your booking on purpose, then tries to charge you a fortune to correct their own mistake. No ability to talk to anyone in customer service either as it directs you to their website which funnily enough, doesn't work half the time. Complete scammers and bring on the day they go bust.

DO NOT USE. Even with a flexi ticket you have fees to pay to amend/cancel. Some things you cant do online so you have to go through customer service which means higher fees. Some things you cannot do at all so money lost. Book with the ferry companies directly and avoid this scam
