I thought my laptop was dead and as I use it for work it was important that I had it up and working well.
I have seen MM's social media, professional logo and office, a real trusting brand.
Ian and Dan spent hours on it without giving up, trying all different things. not once did they make me feel like I was in the way of wasting their time. My needs were understood and within 4 hours my laptop was back to life.
They were efficient, knowledgable and professional.
I cannot thank those at MM enough, I will recommend them to anyone needing IT support no matter how small or large the job and I would not trust anyone else with my computer equipment.
