Solar PV, battery storage, ASHP and UFH install for our home. Fitters great, very neat work, system works well, any queries or glitches soon dealt with. Would certainly recommend.

Sales staff are more interested in undercutting their competition than understanding the job. I was told that they would try to beat a quote from another company and I provided them with a drawing clearly showing what was required before agreeing a price. When the engineer came to look at it he had no knowledge of the siting of the unit and that trenching and a pre insulated pipe was required. Their recommendation.can we not clip it to the front of your property i.e. install two big pipes along and up and over the doors on a nice old cottage! I offered to dig the trench for them and they said they could provide the pipe at cost, quoting me an additional 1500. Quick google and I could buy the pipe myself at retail prices for less than 1000. Clearly underestimated the scheme and attempting to recoup losses through underhand methods. Quotes are not worth the paper they are written on. Complete time wasters!

Had panels and battery installed. Communication isnt great and less than 5 months after we have had the battery installed we are having issues with it tripping out. Ive contacted Caplor, however other than a reply to say its been passed to the relevant department, weve heard nothing in over a week. Communication is key these days and we cant be having this issue continuing on a daily basis.

We have just had a Solar PV system with battery storage installed. The whole experience was straightforward with a great sales process and even better installation team. The working of the system was explained in layman's terms and is easy to use. Thanks Caplor.
