        Big thank you to Steve for sorting out my Lister Clippers not once, but twice. The service was 5 star all the way - prompt, efficient and Steve kept me informed of progress the whole time. Can't recommend highly enough.Will definitely use again (and again, and again!)

        Extremely impressed by Steve's efficiency and skills. Only 2 days ago I accidentally dropped a most treasured Shun chef knife clipping its tip and I was worried a repair was not possible due to the location of the damage. I contacted Steve over the phone and he explained the repair process - which I was happy about - and on that very same day I posted my knife by first class mail. I had an email from Steve the following day, confirming delivery of my item and, within 24 hours, the repair was carried out. I cannot praise "The Sharpeners" enough. You wouldn't get this level of punctuality and care in Germany or Switzerland. Absolutely impressive! Thank you very much indeed Steve and, no doubt, I'll post a few more knives from my personal collection to receive a bit of TLC by very professional hands. Regards, Luca
