The Unusual Tourist Ltd

I took a mother and son trip throughout Europe. We went to Berlin, Paris, Madrid, Rome, Venice, and Florence and without a doubt some of the most amazing experiences I've had was with the Unusual tourist group. They took us to through Florence and gave us a lens that was so truly Italian I can't being to picture anything different. We went to farms, wine tours, amazing country side, restaurants, bars, markets and I was completely blown away. I love traveling but I personally hate being a tourist. I love seeing sights but I don't enjoy the general touristic experience. I much rather be able to live a day in the life of the locals while seeing and experiencing life as they do. Not only did I get that from The Unusual Tourist but I also learned so much from them. I had visited sights that I had studied before as well as certain places I had read about but to get the visceral experience and in depth education while standing is breath taking and historical sights, it completely changed my perspective and enriched my appreciation for Italy, art, culture, and life in general. I could not recommend them more and I absolutely CANNOT wait to go back and have more adventures with them!
