AVOID AVOID AVOID My elderly parents called this company as they had no hot water or heating. After 6 different visits and them replacing different parts at a cost of over 900 , including a thermostat that had nothing to do with a boiler losing pressure ,they still had not fixed the boiler . They then said a radiator needed replacing for a quote of 650 .I have the quote clearly stating that it was just a radiator and filling loop. Luckily I stepped in to stop my parents paying this company any more money . We had a second opinion from British Gas who inspected radiators for leaks and found none . British Gas replaced a part that cost 21.50 which ESC said they had already replaced , we have now had no further problems with boiler . I have tried to sort this with this company before I wrote reviews on here but always got the same replies they have not done anything wrong and I am lying about what has happened and after a phone call to them they said we were rude and aggressive and would not help us anymore. I will probably have the same comments on their reply below ! Service: Heating system maintenance
