I was puzzled to read a negative review of New Park Farm. We have had our ponies there for a year and they have been so well looked after and cared for as if they were the owner's own. It has taken all the stress out of owning ponies, their expert advice and extensive knowledge built up over years of looking after horses has always been on hand along with a smile and an offer of help at the drop of a hat. I feel incredibly fortunate to belong to this yard, the horses and ponies are very happy and settled there, the facilities are great and the hacking nearby fantastic. However ultimately it is the care that the ponies receive which is so commendable and makes me happy to know they are being so well looked after come rain, heat, snow, wind or shine.

I cannot express how lucky I feel to have found New Park Farm! I have always looked after my horse at home so finding a livery yard that would look after my most precious belonging with the care that I do was difficult for me. Thankfully, I found New Park Farm in 2018 and have not looked back since! My horse has been nothing but happy since the day he came off the lorry! The high quality of care and attention to detail is second to none. The entire team are friendly, professional and treat each horse as their own - I couldn't ask for more. I have always felt reassured whilst I've been on holiday or away because I know my horse is in very capable hands, is being fed well, cared for and genuinely loved! Not only that, I have seen first hand the level of care Yvonne has for each and every horse on the yard. From staying up throughout the night when fireworks are going off, waiting for vets to arrive in an owner's absence, right down to having a little chat with each horse as she mucks out! I cannot recommend this yard and the team enough. If you are lucky enough to get to the top of the waiting list, you won't regret it!

I feel relieved and very fortunate to have found New Park Farm. After several bad experiences at livery yards I know how difficult it is to find somewhere which not only offers top class care for our horses, but a calm, welcoming environment for me and my daughters. Not long after we brought our first horse to NPF she underwent surgery and was kept on box rest for six weeks while a nasty wound healed. Not only did Yvonne and her superb, highly experienced team ensure that our girl was comfortable and happy at all times, but they carried out the vets instructions to the letter, and far beyond. Yvonne is phased by nothing, her love of horses shows in everything she does and she tends to their needs - medical and otherwise - with the precision and care of a professional. She is a fount of knowledge on all matters equine, her warmth and humour pervades the entire yard and she is the most supportive, encouraging teacher my young riders could hope to meet. We are delighted to be part of the New Park family and intend to keep our horse and pony with Yvonne as long she will have us.

I have had lessons with Yvonne for over 20 years. Historically, I have always kept my horses on DIY due to my very high standards and expectations of care for my horses. When my last horse needed rehabilitation (2010), I didn't hesitate in asking Yvonne. He also returned for holiday stays whilst I got married. I have had my current horse on livery with Yvonne since 2019 and her (& Sam's) high standards of care and the fact they really love the horses mean my horse has settled (box walking in previous environment) and has put on and maintained weight. He has transformed since being there and now we are successfully back out eventing. Would highly recommend New Park Farm Equitation
