Unfortunately we cannot leave zero stars. These chaps turned up unannounced and uninvited (there was an existing contract from before we took our current business on), did a appalling (fortunately small) job, and then when I flatly refused to pay for their poor services have been threatened with legal action. Avoid this shower like the plague and find a decent company who know vaguely what they are doing. The bill is small, but I simply have refused to pay out of principle. I have never not paid an invoice in my professional (veterinary industry) life, this shall be the first, and I shall not be bullied into submission.

Absolute sharks. AVOID. These guys mis-sold thousands of pounds worth of unnecessary fire equipment while the people with authority to approve purchases were not present using scare tactics. They installed double the necessary equipment in certain rooms and when called to explain they refused to even listen to the complaint or take back the unwanted goods.
