        Weve been fighting for a reliable bus service since Sept to get our children to school on time as the old service couldnt manage this and parents had to keep stepping in as taxis. Its been very stressful especially during mock exams. Weve been allocated Topmarks since last week and now we have a lovely helpful driver who gets them to school on time. Fab!Long may it last ..

        We have worked with Topmarks for many years. The HQ staff are unfailingly polite and helpful, the service excellent. Great example of hard-working people who do their customers proud!

        Rubbish. Contracted this year as our daily school bus. Late all the time at both ends. Unreliable and patchy. Worse operator we have ever had.

        Worst bus company ive ever experienced. I raised a complaint regarding the school run they do and, weeks later, i got a very poor response saying i was in the wrong! no apology, my name spelled wrong, no interest in improving the service. Very poor.
