Alton Acupuncture

I had been suffering with anxiety for quite a few months when I arrived at Alton Acupuncture. Phyllidae was fantastic at putting me at ease and spent time trying to understand what was going on. I was amazed that the first session helped to releive my symptoms within a couple of days and I felt better than I had in months. I initially had sessions quite close together but soon stretched them out to every few weeks. I have found accupuncture to be very effective at treating my symptoms of anxiety and it's great to know that I have it in my tool kit going forward. I would highly recommend Alton Acupuncture to anyone who is suffering and wants to get their life back on track.

I had minor pains around my ankle that had been bothering me for a few months. I had tried I've packs to help with the pain but thought I'll give acupuncture a try. With thanks to a few sessions at Alton Acupuncture the pain has subsided.

Unfortunately we never got as far as being treated. Having been informed that the clinic was accessible by single steps and therefore suitable for my daughter's wheelchair, when we arrived, there were two sets of two steps and so we had to go home. Cue a wasted morning taken off work, a late arrival at school and, most importantly, no treatment for my daughter who desperately needed it. Very disappointed as we could have found an alternative if we'd known about the access issues.

Having suffered with a long-term back problem, I was in need of immediate relief when my back muscles spasmed, causing immense pain and discomfort. Phyllida, who is the ultimate professional, treated me on three occasions, spread over the course of a week. The treatments were very relaxing and, ultimately, highly effective. I would recommend Alton Acupuncture and Phyllida without any hesitation.

I really enjoyed the treatment, and have not had a relapse since for my long term Tennis Elbow injury. I was actually disappointed to be "cured".
