        I spoke to a gentleman on the phone, went through details of what work I needed doing alongside pricing. Confirmed everything and advised me to come in and get it done, 1 hour round trip, when I arrived the gentleman was in the kitchen making a cup of tea, I refreshed his memory and told him we spoke on the phone etc he then went on to say actually we cant do the work?! I said I have just driven half an hour to get here now half hour back, you said you could do the work now your telling me when I get here that you cant? Would a call back to me not have been easier instead of wasting my time? He then just stood there lost as a puppy, no compensation for fuel or time lost?! Absolute shambles of customer service, if this is how they do business good luck absolutely discusting!
