Very rude gentleman I spoke to when ringing to cancel a taxi we booked last night. Told me bit of a waste of time and was clearly unhappy when I rang to give more 24 hours notice that we wouldnt need the taxi! Cant comment on reliability but if thats the way customers are spoken to when calling ( to politely, with less than 12 hours time frame between booking and cancelling ) Im rather glad we found an alternative!

The service provided by Jim is first-class. I use Eternity Cars for both business trips and leisure. Communication is second to none and Im always in good time for train connections; and he is always waiting for me when I arrive back! Its just the perfect service. An absolute pleasure to use and I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a professional and reliable company. Businesses like these are hard to come by, I feel lucky to have found them!

Jim was one of the worst people I have ever met. Jim was rude on the phone and then when I got in the taxi I asked if he could stop being rude to me, he shouted at me the entire journey and on multiple occasions, stopped the car and told me he would Chuck me out on the street - barring in mind this was in the middle of the night down country roads. Very frightening and when I asked him if he could just get me to my hotel safely he shouted again at me and told me if I dont feel safe I can get out. Very shocking and very scary. Horrible horrible man.

I have used this taxi service a couple of times now. Very friendly , police and attentive. Will definitely be booking again for future events, great service thank you.

I have used Eternity cars on several occasions and cannot fault their service. Would highly recommend and will be using them again.
