Kawa have done lots of work for me over the years and have always helped from the initial planning stage. I have always engaged their expertise from day one so that they know exactly what I'm trying to achieve and the best way of going about it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them on the quality and efficiency of the work carried out.

100 % recommend Kawa Construction! Karl really grafted for us to have the most amazing 2 story extension, including extras like a balcony, huge glass doors and a vaulted ceiling. Our house was OK before but now it's an amazing forever home. We love it!! It only started out as a first floor extension, however there were set backs & we had lots of extra work done as the previous owner had badly DIY'd it! So had to demolish the existing room & put in new footings to start again. Plus there was loads of rain & us adding new ideas but Karl dealt with them all with the patience of a Saint. The project was made as stress free as possible for us & Karl liased with building control, the structural engineer & other trades. He explained what was happening and what to expect next in the process & generally looked after us. Karl is a reliable & genuinely nice guy with fab ideas, very creative, adaptable & a perfectionist. A real professional! Highly recommended! Thank you Karl, Derek & team from the bottom of our hearts.
