Charlie recently carried out a bike fit for me. He's tweaked my bike set up and given some great advice which has already got rid of a couple of niggles I've had for years. Great service and very knowledgeable. Thoroughly recommended!

I went to Paradigm cycle for a bike fit. It was fairly local and had some positive views. I was not disappointed. Charlie went through each process in detail and explained everything to me. The bike has been transformed around me and i feel more confident in using cleats. The customer service was amazing. I would go back for any bike job and hopefully one day, a custom built bike.

I visited Charlie last year to discuss a custom Ti build after me chopping and changing bikes every few years for the last 20 years. After a comprehensive fit on my existing ride and selecting the components, Charlie did the work for the titanium geometry and a few months later I collected it. After 2000km I thought it was time to leave a review. Even though it's built with top end components, it really is better than the sum of its parts. They all come together to give me the most comfortable, enjoyable ride I've had. I lent towards a more relaxed position, somewhere between my Orbea Aero and Trek Domane and it works perfectly. Quick and sublimely smooth, my legs are the only obstacle to never stopping. Thanks Charlie! And also...my chain snapped after 1000km, it happens, a rare faulty one I think, but Charlie sent another, no questions. Great post purchase service. Thoroughly recommended. I may have to get another at some point, if only to keep this one company.
