        Be aware of who you dealing with, I have been offered a job as a welder at Manor Marine, although I have been welding aluminium with MIG to high standard, passing welding tests, they have been paying me less, after weeks of underpayments they have finally raised my rate then gave me steel job to finish repair in one day and cancelled the contract when requirements for that job were not previously specified. Expect be lied to and receive jobs that were not as discussed initially, they hire you for a specific job than give you something else and any promises of higher pay can be cut short based on one person's personal issues, so be careful to not make any plans at this place. Be also aware that working there is a high risk as safety standards are omissed, there was an accident recently where a person had crushed leg by a beam because of lack of safety awareness from the supervisor. If you are looking for a company to do a project be aware that contracts are delayed because of poor management.
