I cannot praise Cromwell Security & Fire Services enough, as well as the skills and professionalism of its owner Shariff. I came home to London on Monday, 30 May 2022, after an exhausting 17-hour flight from North Carolina to London Heathrow. The extended travel time was due to waiting time between connecting flights and further delays caused by an absence of airport staff. Needless to say, I was extremely happy when I arrived at my own front door but, alas, my door lock had jammed somehow and I couldn't get into my own flat. Luckily, Cromwell Security is a short walk from where I live and Shariff who immediately responded to my dilemma accompanied me back to my flat, assessed the problem and returned within minutes with the necessary tools to widen and correct the position of the door lock. I cannot express the gratitude I felt when the lock was adjusted and I was able to open the door to my flat. What could've been the worst homecoming surprise of my life, somehow turned sunny and bright because of Shariff's kind manner, skill and speedy response. He also recognised me as a customer who'd used Cromwell's services in the past. Needless to say, I'm a Cromwell customer for life.
