Aqua Travel Clinic and Pharmacy

I took my mum to get her Covid jab today, who is disabled and in a wheelchair. The area that is use for people in wheelchairs has limited access, because they is a display behind the door, which blocks the door from opening to its full capacity. this is very disappointing that staff have blocked behind the door area which is very challenging for people with disabilities. people that were in the queue with the ones that were helping me get my mother into the room. staff did not remove the hazard behind the door. There was also empty boxes at the front door area which could cause potential trip hazards for people with mobility restrictions.

I visited this pharmacy to vaccinate my kids against chickenpox. Staff are extremely kind, we came from outside london and we had two appointments (one for each kid) but we were late because of traffic and they managed to squeeze us in despite coming late. They gave us all the information we need to know and dealt very nicely with the kids (they got free lollipop each for being brave ).

Honestly don't know what I'd do without this pharmacy...they're my first port of call for minor ailments and health concerns, they do all the main vaccines and are super well stocked. The staff are so friendly and helpful and have been a hugely valuable support since we had a child! I never thought I'd get attached to a pharmacy but this one is the best!

Came in the pick-up a parcel that was dropped off today by DPD as I missed my delivery. They pharmacy assistants took a very long time looking for my parcel. Gives me the impression of a disorganised shop. Perhaps it is better off to not offer a parcel pick-up service.
