If you want results, Edwin is your guy! I came to him with a detailed list of areas I needed to work on and to see tangible results and he listened to each and every request and thoughtfully put together a programme that addressed each area and how I could reach my goals. The platform he uses is simple (even for non techies!) and intuitive. He creatively makes use of any exercise equipment you may already have and ensures that each exercise gives you the most bang for your buck to make working out and achieving your goals as easy and efficient as possible. He understands that time is of the essence for busy people (and definitely those with little ones!) and designs your sessions so you get the most out of the time you have. He is incredibly responsive, quick to share his extensive health, training and nutrition knowledge and is an extremely good motivator one of the driving forces behind the effectiveness of his workout plans! I have seen such incredible results in a very short amount of time. Edwin and his tailor made training have been the key to success for me!

I've been working with Ed for 8 months now & can see and feel the difference in my overall strength. Having worked with other PTs, I found the workouts repetitive & the approach too dogmatic. Training with Ed is never a chore - he is thoughtful & sensitive. It's a bespoke service for your specific needs which will change as your strength grows. Ed makes training uncomplicated with his down to earth & genuine approach.

Having recently had a baby, I needed something that would help me shed a few pounds, tone up, and feel fitter - all within the unpredictable realms of being a parent of a 4 month old baby! Ed's online training programme turned out to be just what I needed and was perfect for my needs. Ed sent me a questionnaire to begin, and I was asked to say where/when/how much I could train and what equipment I had. I didn't think I had the time, motivation, or ability but Ed's realistic schedule made it managable (and the floor exercises became something I'd do with my baby who enjoyed watching - as well as using him as a weight in squats!). Over 6 weeks, each weeks exercises were mostly the same until some slight changes in the last week. This was what was right for me and made implementing the plan easier for my ability. I didn't think I'd be motivated virtually but Ed and the app made that possible and after 6 weeks I went from 59 to 56kg and felt more toned and healthier. Looking forward to continuing the journey to turn the motivation into a habit alongside Ed.
