Cholmley Gardens Surgery

It has proven prohibitively difficult to set up an appointment with my GP. Their email is unresponsive. The myGP app leads to a broken web page. The e-consult service is poorly explained and hard to set up. The phone goes to autmated message and then rings for a long time before disconnecting.

The surgery is nice and all the staff are helpful but I had a particularly bad experience with one doctor there: Fergus Devonport. My daughter had been crying with pain, a symptom that had been getting progressively worse over several days. Dr Fergus insisted that the pain was imaginary, refused to do any tests, and when questioned told me and my daughter to leave. I later had to take her to A&E. Bad experience

My husband and I feel so very fortunate to have Cholmley Gardens as our GP practice. We have received consistently outstanding care for over 20 years, from many different members of the practice.
