Avoid this dentist especially if you are under NHS. On my first visit the 2 receptionist ladies were talking about an NHS patient who should be paying and ways to charge them extra! The dentist was in such a rush that she did not remove even half of my build up and plaque. My gums are still bleeding. I called up the dentist and they said they will do nothing more unless I pay extra, despite the fact my teeth were not cleaned properly the first time round. Sent several emails following this and all have been ignored. Really poor service. Seems like all they are interested in is making extra money.

Terrible. They charge you as private patient even though I booked an appointment as NHS patient and exempt due to pregnancy. They do not even get back to me after calling and sending emails, they just ignore, knowing what they did is wrong.

I recently visited Mill Lane Dentist for a routine check-up and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel at ease. The facilities were spotless and modern, with the latest technology in dental equipment. My dentist was simply fantastic. They took their time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. They carried out a thorough examination and explained every step of the process, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. The dentist lady I had clearly doesnt have a clue about what she is doing. I have a small hole in my tooth and her option was to rip it out or she told me to go and find a professional that can push back my gums which to me makes no sense at all. My friend had an appointment before me with the same dentist and she came out with no tooth. Seems to me because this little new dentist doesnt know what she is doing the east option for her is to rip everyones teeth out. I havent had a tooth out since I was a teen, and last year I had 4 teeth saved via root canal that were in a lot worse states than the filling I need in my tooth that does not need to be ripped out. Im appalled by her condescending attitude towards me whilst showing me my x-ray. And Im scared for people going to see her in the future because she does not know what she is doing.
