Fantastic service & most importantly great quality blinds, curtains, and rails. Very pleased with it all. They've fitted the whole house. The company provides a personalised service to suit your needs, style & taste. Highly recommend.

Very good service from start to finish from Bianca and Sonja - we got a mix of curtains, rollers and romans and manual and electric blinds - all done with utmost care. Despite some delays which clearly wasnt their fault we were always kept updated with the status. We were given good ideas throughout but never pushed towards a product. Minor issues were fixed promptly.

I'd give less than 1 star if that was an option; we purchased blinds for our home in 2016, the service following this has been terrible. We've had several issues and despite calling the branch and leaving messages and speaking to sales assistants, nobody has returned calls or followed up with a solution. We've had issues with the remotes and this is ongoing; currently, I cannot open the blind in my room and this has been the case for a month now. I would highly recommend anywhere else for blinds but here. Very disappointing and poor customer service
