    I have been going to this salon for the past 2 years now..I have never left disappointed. I get my extensions done here by Julia, who is one of the best in London. Sandra and Toma also done my hair so many times and truly I loved my hair every time. The amount of tips they give for hairstyling to taking care of your hair in this salon is absolutely amazing! My hair got much healthier since Im a client here. Honestly it saddens me so much when I see some negative comments on here, because some people dont realise that showing a picture saying This is what I want is so easy to do. Everyones hair is different and hairdresser are not magicians... The girls are doing an amazing job, would 100% recommend!!

    I have been Sandras client over 5 years and I cannot fault her in anything she does with my hair. Over the years Sandra managed to build a relationship with me as a client and gained my trust to a point I simply sit in the chair and do not even question what is she planning to do. I have a blond hair and is difficult to maintain it healthy and shiny but with the right products recommended by Sandra and ofcourse only her doing my colour my hair never looked this good. I highly recommend Sandra to anyone for a hair service,and I absolutely love the service that I receive each and every time I am there. Services: Hairstyling, Balayage

    This is the worst experience I have ever had since I live in London or actually ever. I don't even know where to start. To be fair I am still quite shocked and upset. I carefully chose where to go to do my hair as I have damaged fragile hair from wearing extensions. I worried, finding a new hairdresser is stressful, therefore I've followed recommendations and booked a consultation to discuss what will be done, what I like and what I don't. I picked some photos of what color and technique I am looking for. I left it unsure because I did not get any advice or tips, the hairdresser just looked at the photos and said she will do what I ask. I found it strange but I thought she might need to see my hair after I remove the extensions. On the day I was booked she texted me if I can come earlier. I did, but I had to wait for an hour, someone came late, oh well.. It happens but she did not even say sorry, just that I have to wait for her (yeah, sure I'm not gonna leave now). She then asked me to sit down and cut my hair, when it came to dyeing the hair she did not explain what she is doing, I had to keep asking her what color she picked and how she will be dying. From balayage she went to highlights according to her to save my fragile hair (without communicating with me), she still had to bleach my hair anyway and added highlights on top of the head, so the roots are already visible. The colours she picked were chocolate and pearl, which for me looks like having grey hair all over my head(at first she said darker and lighter colours). I also asked no to be dark since I was honey blond I wanted to remajn blond. I back home and this made me cry. When I mentioned at the salon that I don't like the result, the she said the light at her place is not the best so it would look different in a day light, also it washes out. This is not what you wanna hear after the treatment. When I messaged her she did not want to listen and wish me merry Christmas. I am shocked from this level of arrogance and ignoring. When I called her and said I can come to speak at the salon she said if I come she will call me a police!!! I was speechless. This experience is traumatizing. I will now be scare to go to any hair salon and will have to ask what is their policy when it comes to refunds and not customer complaints. I was told I am her first customer who complains but here you go, read the reviews here or on fb. All conversation on the phone was terrible, MR Sandra was shouting, interupting me speaking over me, did not let me to finish a sentence. And my review she took as the abbuse, since when a customer can't leave a review saying that feels disappointed after such a customer service? Never ever going to similar "working on my own" (my own boss) salons. There is no guarantees, no invoices, she did not send me one, just ignored it! As the customer I was left with no rights, wouldnt recommend it for no one. Service: Hairstyling

    I had airtouch colouring to my hair, however technically it wasn't done correctly as there is no seamless blend of colour as it should be. This technique allows not to colour your hair in next 6-12 months, however I can see a clear line in my growing roots that will have to be re-done in a month or so. I texted Sandra when I saw the roots growing and realised that the result is not what I expected, however she would not accept any of my comments and would not offer any solution to correct the situation, blaming on that I wanted my hair quite blond and I have fringe that she could not blow the hair out (due to hair being the same length), which is complete nonsense, as I had done airtouch previously couple of times else where, the outcome was much lighter and I had no clear lines when my roots were growing. Just avoid, don't waste your money and time! And please do not publish clients photos on Facebook when you haven't even asked permission for it.
