I consulted James Moss for a shoulder ligament tear in 2021 and also for a separate injury to my Achilles tendon in 2022. His therapies (including intensive massage, manipulation and acupuncture) were extremely effective in both cases and there is no doubt that his knowledge and experience have been instrumental in helping me to recover strength, flexibility and mobility. James possesses a very detailed knowledge of anatomy and I highly recommend him as a physiotherapist for musculoskeletal injuries and other problems.

Excellent deep tissue / sports massage therapist and acupuncturist. Highly professional demeanour; has treated my back, neck and TMJ issues since last year, and makes a real difference. Highly recommended
