        Unfortunately I have to quit working with this company as the costumer service is incredibly bad. I was sent a damaged badge of a product, which I actually was very pleased with in the beginning. In every email they tried to make me believe that it is my fault, which it wasn't. It was clearly an issue with the print. That can happen, no hard feelings. BUT: I asked several times kindly, if they can resend me the product, no answer. I asked fo a refund. No answer. That is really really bad costumer service as I not only have to change my printing supplier it also made me write this bad review. I hope this is a wake up call and that you change your approach how to deal with customers.
