        Very poor customer service-problem with a charger that I bought 3 years ago-unable to help with a repair as they don't make the charger only buy them in and put their name on them. Only solution is to buy another charger.....but why would I want to do that when the one I have off them now has broken and their only solution is give us some more cash for the same to happen again.....don't think they understand customer service.

        I'd recommend using tracked postage my order didn't arrive unfortunately. And I have no way of knowing what happened to it. Products are great when they arrive. Thanks for the apology and doing nothing to solve the problem. As you know I'd already sent five emails before I gave up with customer support and ordered from another supplier.

        Really fast reliable service, even single items dispatched quickly, motors,batteries and esc all appear to be of excellent quality at very competitive prices, I fully intend to use overlander products for the foreseeable future and have no hesitation in recommending overlander to other modellers
