For anyone looking for a professional, accommodating and easy to talk to architect, I would highly recommend DBA Architects. Dan helped me create both Architectural working drawings and Building Regs drawings for a 4 bed detached home and annexe in Lancashire, as well as submitting everything required to the local planning portal for planning permissions, Dan even took the time to liaise with the local planning officer on several occasions to ensure our plans moved forward successfully. I found the costs very reasonable, with Dan always happy to discuss drawings and make tweaks where needed to get the desired outcome. The service was very personal, and I'm sure anyone looking for a friendly down to earth architect would agree. Thank you for all your help. Mathew
