        Just waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to drop off my return parcel , rang the bell provided and could see employees walking around out back , not one person acknowledged I was waiting or came to the desk . Had to leave without dropping off my parcel as I had to get to work I work in customer service too ! You do not deserve my business !! Disgusting service !!!

        Absolutely useless. Waited in for a tracked parcel all day then conveniently when the office closes I have an update about a failed delivery due to no access. I'm sorry but outside has been a ghost town all day! A delivery wasn't even attempted. If I could give no stars I would! This is not the first time this has happened which just shows the level of laziness and incompetence working from this facility.

        Had post delivered pm today Sunday. Didn't realise there was a delivery on a Sunday pm. This last week we have had no post delivered. The postman who is delivering in School Road is putting our post through somebody'elses door. All postal mail is confidential and could be opened by someone else and not the addressee. This matter needs to be looked into.
