Place needs double the staff. Queue is nearly always incredibly long with an average 20 minute wait. Wish there was another post office near.

The usual massive que out of the door Poor service but nice staff as ever its not their fault . Yet more high level mismanagement. The Post office will go out of business at this rate . I tend to use the PO by Bounds Green tube ( yes a private shop so you wont be surprised when the main PO closes) Rarely a que but had to send a DHL parcel on the way ( no que there ! ) When only 2 out of 4/ 5 tills are open on the busiest day it tells a story. Thanks for the reply but you cant deal with the basic fact of a lack of staff.( and never have done ) There was a guy pottering around with greeting cards. Yes he is not part of the counter staff but why not train him up for peak times or is that too difficult ?? I will now get the bus to Bounds Green rather than put up with the poor service times.

I had made a mistake in my selection at the post office and the kindest nicest guy helped me to correct it. So pleasant and patient. Look out for Luke. He needs the accolade of going out of his way to help in a world that sadly lacks people of his calibre. Thank you Luke so much.

As a word of warning. This place is very popular and gets extremely busy at times with long queues outside on the pavement due to the excellent service. UOE offers all the regular Post Office counter-service along with printing, and digital photographs, foreign currency and I believe even National Express tickets. It seemed to be very busy at times during the worst of the pandemic, with long queues possibly due to the increase in home shopping and online purchases that need to be sent or collected.
