Stef is amazing. Very knowledgeable about the physical body, but also very tuned in to the emotional needs of her clients. She helped me through a very painful back injury through massage, manipulation and strengthening tips, but also treated my pain and the stress that caused it through accupuncture. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Ive started treatments at the clinic, following a very unpleasant and stubborn sciatica episode. Working with Stephany was amazing, besides the pain relief after treatments, she spared no efforts to support my recovery with all her experience and knowledge. We continue working together, as a general health and wellbeing maintenance and I can wholeheartedly recommend her and the clinics services. If you are active, if you are prone to injury, if you sit too much, youd benefit enormously to let her take care of your body!

I went to Steph with my neck and shoulders totally frozen as well as related painful headaches. With 3 sessions of massage, acupuncture and craneo improvement was major. Steph is also very empathetic and supportive.

Ive been going to osteopaths for many years, none have been more knowledgeable than Stephanie , she is the best, she has cured my tennis elbow , shoulder pain and tendinitis in my fingers , I cant recommend her highly enough ! She is a miracle worker , I am so relieved to have met her , the best in the Business by far
