        really poor customer service and the ladies working there were not nice

        Very poor service over an extended period of time. Poor reflection on the Boots brand name. Totally disorganised and don't appear to care. Every time I speak to a member of staff it's like having to start all over again. Have had to go into the store because they don't pick up the phone. Most recently having said they would sort out my contact lens subscription I am still waiting.

        Really disorganised, really hard work, no sense in the way sequenced appointments are booked so it takes literal months to get very simple tests done. Couldn't send me information about my prescription after all that. I was charged more than I've ever been charged for an eye test (by a factor of 10) and I think it's simply due to disorganisation and lack of documenting past payments properly. The customer service is painful and expensive. Never again.
