I have nothing but praise for the professionalism, expertise and efficiency that we experienced when selling a property in the Muswell Hill area following the death of a member of our family. Susan, who supported us through the sale, did everything she could possibly do to make things run smoothly. Her sensitivity at a time when things were difficult for us was also much appreciated. Very helpful and friendly estate agents who defy many of the stereotypes. They have been very accommodating, flexible and friendly. Susan in particular is great!

I Have been letting through this agency about 10 years and never had a problems. Always prompt replies and very polite over the emails. Until today when they sent someone to fix thermostat. Terry was very rude and very impolite from the very moment he walked in the flat. I have asked him to take his shoes off out of respect and also because we have a carpets. He didn't take that well.His answers were very rude and very abrupt, very unprofessional behaviour. Called agent to address this issue straigh away ,just to find out that she was also rude over the phone replying,quoting:"what do you want me to do about that?That's just Terry!" Maybe to get someone else,who would be respectful of the tenants? I am still shocked about this behaviour and i find it very sad and unproffesional.Its a shame.Because I believe there are plenty of people who would love to do this job with smile on their face.
